WE BUILD WORKER POWER.
We build the power necessary to secure higher wages, better working conditions, and stronger and healthier communities for Chicagoland warehouse workers and their families.
We hold the warehousing industry accountable for providing good jobs to local communities, paying their fair share of taxes, and minimizing their negative impact on the environment and community health.
Building a future with good jobs and healthy communities.
Warehouse Workers Action centers workers and fights alongside them for change, both in their workplaces and in their communities. WWA knows that workers have power when they come together in solidarity around a vision of racial, economic, and environmental justice.
When workers fight together, they win.
We all count on warehouse workers. Let’s make sure they can count on us.
As e-commerce has expanded, warehouse workers have played an increasingly central, and persistently invisible, role in every community across the country.
The pandemic only accelerated this, with unprecedented pressure being put on an already taxed workforce to deliver more, faster, with negligible safety protections and only temporary increases in pay.
Workers deserve better. It’s time to deliver.

“The people of Joliet have been calling out for someone who will stand up to the special interests and fight for the working families who deserve a fair shake.”
